The Lau Group of Fiji are a group of islands that lie to the east of the main island group of Fiji - you will be roughly 100 nautical miles from the main island group exploring a chain of islands the size of the Mentawais in Indonesia. Raw southern ocean swells and Northern Pacific swells hit this area regularly.

The best months for surf are: February through May before the strong trade winds begin
